DELIVERY & RETURNS
We endeavour to despatch orders within 1 – 2 working days of receiving your order. If we believe it will take longer we will be in touch to keep you fully informed of when you will receive your order. We will send your order via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. If you need faster delivery, please get in touch with us direct.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of ordering, please get in touch with us to let us know. We must be notified of any orders not received within 10 days of the despatch confirmation email (which will include your unique tracking number) you will receive when your order is despatched.
We hope that you will be very pleased with your new purchase.
If however, you decide to return your item/s to us we will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read below for the conditions of returning items.
Conditions of Return
To arrange a return or exchange please contact us via email email@example.com and quote your name and order number (this can be found at the top of your emailed receipt).
All items must be returned to us in a good, resaleable condition and re-packed using the original packaging. Please note that if the product returned is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will include the cost of the purchased item & original postage charge.
We will notify you of when we receive your parcel and will then issue your refund. As no refunds will be issued until we physically have the item/s we advise that you choose a tracked delivery service.
We take every care to ensure that your products are packed using plenty of protection to provide a safe transit. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org .
